Our college, Shree Dhanvantary College of Engineering and Technology organized tour for students and faculties on 31-december-2021. Benefits of tour are; students learn a lot about yourself through travelling. they observe how you feel being far from your city. They will find out how you feel about your homeland. You will realize how you really feel about culture/ world. They will be able to observe how to react in completely new situations. They will test your language, orientational and social skills. Definitely they will not be the same person after returning home.

Our college, Shree Dhanvantary College of Engineering and Technology post-celebrated this day with great enthusiasm on 6th September 2021. The whole event was meticulously planned by students and faculty members of all departments. We decided that, the responsibility of teaching is taken up by the students as an appreciation for their teachers.

Our Honorable Principal sir Dr. Udaykumar kokatnoor delivered the speech on the inherent qualities to be a successful teacher. Also appreciated the efforts of teachers and students. After his speech our students were shared their views. Snehal koladiya student of 3rd sem civil department and Krishna Hiwase student of 3rd sem computer delievered their speech and shows their gratitude towards their teachers.

To celebrate that day, Co-ordinators of all departments have prepared timetable with 4 lectures from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. During this time period Participated Students deliver lectures on the ongoing semester subject. All other non-participated students were also studying seriously without making any noise or mischief.

“The days of the event were divided between all the departments of shree Dhanvantary College of Engineering and technology. Students organised various activities on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi like department aarti, naivaidhyam-56 bhog , Satynarayan pooja and eco friendly ganesh visarjan with DJ Sound system. It was a great celebration and it brought the students together to celebrate the festival together. The sole purpose of the celebration was to let the students stay rooted with Indian culture and to enable them to understand the significance of this festival.

People believe that Lord Ganesha, the symbol of wisdom bestows his presence on Earth during this festival and remove their obstacles. With such belief, Every year our college Shree Dhanvantary college of Engineering and technology celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi in our campus. For seven days, the students and faculty members celebrated the festival with gaiety and grandeur. The entire student community of engineering field devoted a lot of time and sweat in the decoration and management of the event - right from the a arti of the Lord Ganesha to the naivaidhyam – 56 bhog.

As we know that “Everything that has a beginning ,has an ending.” We also ended celebration by immersing idol of lord ganesha in college campus on 16th September 2021 with immense festive spirit among the students and teachers. As our idol of Lord Ganesha was pure clay so after Ganesh visarjan our students Meet boradiya , Devam chaganiya, Chelsi Varachhiya, Sujal Dakhra and faculty member Ms. Khushbu Patel planted a tree in that clay.

Festivals build group cohesiveness. Festivals inform,educate,bring people together, break the monotony of routine and give us a chance to re-energize our body, mind, and spirit. Of all the festivals,Ganesh Chaturthi is the most colourful. Ganesh Chaturthi is a Hindu festival that marks the birthday of Lord Ganesha.

On this occasion all students were got involved in elocution competition, including collection and presentation of several unknown findings, achievements, mile stones created by Sir Visweswaraya to establish engineering profession and its deep roots into the society. Each department students have participated in this competition. Sujal dakhra from computer department shared his views on importance and role of engineers in today’s world. Akash Upadhya student of electrical gave speech on the history behind the engineer’s day . Uday Popat student of computer department spoke about the new technology developed by engineers. Snehal koladiya student of civil department delivered the speech on today’s engineer . Ram Sony Nandkishore , Dubey Abhishek Rajendra and Rajpurohit Harsh students of mechanical engineering delivered their speech on concept of Dam reversal .

Dr Udayumar kokatnoor, Principal of college gave inaugural speech with most updated reviews on achievements and visionary thoughts of Sir Visweswaraya, which have great potential even for ongoing era of engineering.

The celebration of the same was done on 15th September, 2021 at seminar hall Started around 1:00 p.m. Dr. Udaykumar kokatnoor principal of shree Dhanvantary college of Engineering and technology, mrs. Savita kokatnoor was the Chief Guest for the day. Mr. Apurva G. Patel head of electrical department , Mr. Milan K. Sabhadiya head of computer department , Mr. Bhautik Jasoliya head of civil department and mr. Vishal Parmar lecturer of mechanical department were accompanying the Chief Guest on the stage. Welcome address along with introduction of speaker was done by Uday popat and Yagnesh poojari students of computer department.
